At Handle Heaven we are committed to bringing you a fast, efficient and cost effective way of delivery.
 
The delivery services we and our suppliers use are either:
 
Royal Mail 1^st Class or 1^st Class Recorded Signed For service
Evri or DPD Signed For service
Parcelforce or similar Courier Service
 

YOUR ORDER

All products are ordered in 'on demand' direct from our suppliers as our customers orders are received.  This enables us to offer competitive prices due to lower overheads.  All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt when we will then be able to confirm current stock availability with our suppliers.

Normally the items listed on our website are in stock at our suppliers warehouse.  In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date for the item.  If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.

Orders are despatched on weekdays only, excluding UK Bank Holidays within 3-7 working days of receipt of order and cleared payment (and after confirmation of stock availability).  Please note that for HETTICH products, extended despatch times may apply, i.e. within 5-20 working days.

At busier times and for orders received during holiday periods, slight delays may occur but we endeavour to despatch on these occasions within 5-10 working days of receiving cleared payment.
 
An automated email will be sent upon despatch of goods (with a tracking number where applicable) providing you have given a valid e-mail address.
 

DELIVERY PRICES

The majority of our portfolio is despatched direct from our suppliers warehouses who all operate a drop-shipping service on our behalf.

All delivery charges are dependent on the supplier and the product(s) being purchased and is either a fixed price or weight/destination based as detailed in the table below

All of our Postage & Packaging delivery charges include an allowance for packaging and handling costs, but in all cases, the maximum amount of P&P you will be charged is £ 9.95 (UK Mainland only)

When purchasing items from different suppliers, separate delivery charges will apply and separate orders will therefore need to be placed accordingly. However, dependent on the combination of products required, we may be able to offer a combined delivery price on request.  Please use our contact form to provide details of your order requirements and we will be happy to look at this for you.

NOTES: 

Failure to select the correct area will result in your order being held until the correct payment is made.  Should the payment for the area not be made within 7 days from the date of purchase, the order will be cancelled and all monies refunded.  Please contact us immediately if you have incorrectly left 'UK Mainland' as your area.
 
Please note that on the very rare occasion of adverse weather conditions, your order may be delayed for longer than the stated period of time. Unfortunately we have no control over this, however we would like to assure customers that everything would be done in our power to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for any parcel, despatched by us, which is subsequently lost in transit. We will however investigate the matter on your behalf with our couriers, and put a claim in for you. Whilst waiting for the claim to be completed, you can place a new order and purchase the items online should you still wish to have the goods.
 

NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMS

NOTE: Please do not refuse delivery of a package.

Should an order be returned to us as 'not required' or 'not collected' after unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier company, a £15 fee will be incurred when they are returned to us and this will be deducted from any refund given.  Where free postage applied to the original purchase, an amount of £5.95 - £9.95 (dependent on weight of item(s)) will also be deducted from the refund due.

If you request a re-delivery after an item has been returned to us, then you will be charged again for delivery.
