At Handle Heaven we are committed to bringing you a fast, efficient and cost effective way of delivery.
We are now able to despatch small Handle & Knob orders to the following destinations:-
Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain
The delivery services we use are either:
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service
Hermes International Signed For service
Parcelforce Worldwide, DPD or similar Courier Service
All products are ordered in 'on demand' direct from our suppliers as our customers orders are received. This enables us to offer competitive prices due to lower overheads. All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt when we will be able to confirm current stock availability with our suppliers.
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock at our suppliers warehouse. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and provide you with a revised estimated delivery date for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
Orders are despatched on weekdays only, excluding UK Bank Holidays within 3-5 working days of receipt of order and cleared payment (and after confirmation of stock availability). Please note that for HETTICH products, extended despatch times apply, i.e. within 7-10 working days.
At busier times and for orders received during holiday periods, slight delays may occur but we endeavour to despatch on these occasions within 5-7 working days of receiving cleared payment.
An automated email will be sent upon despatch of goods (with a tracking number where applicable) providing you have given a valid e-mail address.
BREXIT 2021 UPDATE
Please note that as of 1st January 2021, we have decided to continue sales to the EU for those small number of overseas buyers who wish to order from our website.
However, buyers are asked to be aware of the following:-
Handle Heaven arranges to ship all orders (via our suppliers drop shipping service) as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
DDU is an international trade term meaning that Handle Heaven as the seller is responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely to your destination.
However, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, import clearance and any taxes that might be levied on receipt of the goods.
You will have to pay for any such charges made under your country's local customs policy and you may find that the goods will not be released by the courier in your country if there is any outstanding payment.
Please note that Handle Heaven is not UK VAT registered and does not charge UK Value Added Tax (VAT) on any orders despatched at home or overseas.
All of our Postage & Packaging delivery charges are calculated as follows:-
- We take into account the total weight of the item(s) being ordered (including packaging) and its destination
- We include an allowance for packaging and handling costs
- We use the current Royal Mail & Hermes price lists (by which the vast majority of our handle & knob orders are despatched)

If you require shipping to an alternative country not listed on our delivery destinations list, please contact us with details of the product(s) you require and we will be happy to provide you with a competitive shipping quotation.
Failure to select the correct area will result in your order being held until the correct payment is made. Should the payment for the area not be made within 7 days from the date of purchase, the order will be cancelled and all monies refunded. Please contact us immediately if you have incorrectly left 'United Kingdom' as your country.
Please note that on the very rare occasion of adverse weather conditions, your order may be delayed for longer than the stated period of time. Unfortunately we have no control over this, however we would like to assure customers that everything would be done in our power to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for any parcel, despatched by us, which is subsequently lost in transit. We will however investigate the matter on your behalf with our couriers, and put a claim in for you. Whilst waiting for the claim to be completed, you can place a new order and purchase the items online should you still wish to have the goods.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

- International customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to return unused and unopened purchased items
- We cannot accept goods back if the original packaging has been opened
- All international orders must be returned to us at your expense via postal / courier service
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number which can be obtained by emailing a Return Request providing details of the return to email@example.com. Please note that returns sent without a valid RMA may not be refunded the full amount
- Refunds on international returns will include only the amount paid for the products
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from receipt of the returned items at our premises
